UGC Program Manager

We're Ryze AI (San Francisco) — an AI marketing agent running marketing for 2,000+ businesses. Five of us, $2M ARR in 3 months, hundreds of short videos shipped every day.

The role

You'll build and run our creator army. Hundreds of creators shipping content for Ryze — you find them, you sign them, you make them perform. One good creator can take an app to millions of views. You'll be the person who finds a hundred of them and turns that into a system.

This is not a coordinator seat. You own the roster, the money, and the results.

What you'll do

• Hunt creators everywhere — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube — and sign the ones who can actually make things blow up
• Talk to them every day: deals, feedback, energy — you're their manager, producer and coach in one
• Write the content plans they execute — hooks, angles, formats
• Live on trends: spot what's blowing up this week and get your creators on it the same day

Who gets the job

Someone who has already done it. You ran a creator/UGC program that produced real numbers — accounts taken to millions of views, hundreds of videos a month, campaigns that moved revenue. You'll show those results on the first call.

Salary above market. Remote.
